(BAFU) – On the morning of July 19, 2024, Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry (BAFU) and EXWIN Industry Company Limited signed a cooperation agreement, marking a new milestone on the journey of the two sides in the field of human resource training.
Attending the signing ceremony with BAFU, on behalf of EXWIN Industry Co., Ltd. were Mr. Chang Yeh Ching – General Director; Mr. Chen Chang Hung – Director of Management Department. Prof.Dr. Pham Bao Duong – Party Committee Secretary, Rector of BAFU, along with leaders of the Department of Training, Department of Science & International Cooperation, Faculty of Electrical Engineering & Food Technology received the delegation from EXWIN Industry Company Limited.

Speaking at the ceremony, Prof.Dr. Pham Bao Duong extended warm welcome to the arrival of company’s delegation. Prof.Dr. Pham Bao Duong introduced the brief situation and training majors of BAFU. The Rector looked forward to extensive and in-depth cooperation with the Company in the fields of training, scientific research, technology transfer and human resource supply to support the comprehensive and integrated development for students.

Mr. Chang Yeh Ching – General Director of EXWIN Industry Company Limited
Mr. Chang Yeh Ching expressed his gratitude to receive a friendly welcome from the University. He said that in 2019 the company built a factory in Bac Giang, the company also has factories in China and Taiwan. Currently, the Company plans to develop its full strength in Bac Giang, so cooperating with BAFU will develop high-quality human resources and improve professional skills and create many job opportunities for students in the future.
After discussing and agreeing on the directions of operation in the upcoming time, BAFU and EXWIN Industry Company Limited officially signed a Cooperation Agreement between the two parties with the following contents:
– Cooperation in training: Enterprises will contribute more ideas to the development of BAFU’s training program; organizing short-term and long-term training courses and internship programs for students and lecturers; strengthening the exchange of experts and lecturers.
– Cooperation in scientific research: Enterprises will jointly carry out scientific research projects, develop new technology, and improve techniques. The two sides share and provide facilities, equipment and human resources to serve joint research projects; coordinating in technology transfer and applying scientific achievements to production and business…
– Cooperation in supplying technical human resources: The University ensures to provide enterprises with high-quality technical human resources to meet job requirements and coordinate with businesses to organize job fairs and recruitment events to create job opportunities for students.
