President Thuong emphasized that education is the top national policy. Educating and training children are the shared responsibility of schools, families, and society.
He urged authorities at all levels to build a pure, healthy, and safe educational environment to enable teachers and students to make full use of their creativity and contribute to basic and comprehensive educational reform.
More than 20 million pupils and students across Vietnam will begin their new school year on Tuesday, September 5.

Each school year is a meaningful journey on the way to accumulate knowledge, practice skills, cultivate qualities, establish good and sustainable values for personal development.
The world and your future are wide open. Teachers, parents and the country always care and create the best conditions for children to develop comprehensively their abilities and qualities, promote their individual strengths, become special in their own way and become a proud part of the Fatherland, the Vietnamese people, confidently stepping out into the world with the mentality of global citizens. The aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country, “comparable with the great powers of the five continents” can only be achieved when the country has intelligent and dignified citizens who love their families, Fatherland, and compatriots. ; live decently and work efficiently; Dare to defend the right, bravely and sanely against the bad, the evil.
