(BAFU) – On April 20th, 2019, the Executive Committee of Trade Union of BAFU held the closing ceremony of the Sports tournament to celebrate the 44th anniversary of the Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2019) and 133 years of the International Labor Day (01/5).
Attending the ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector of the University; MSc. Than The Hung – Vice Chairman of the Trade Union; members in the Executive Committee of Trade Union and numerous athletes and fans.
After two weeks of competition, the Sports tournament took place with the final contents of men’s and women’s volleyball, women’s volleyball. With the spirit of the athletes’ high determination, the tournament was performed by many exciting matches, worthy of the best final ones.
The success of the Sports tournament has affirmed the interest of the Party Committee, the Board of Rectors and the Trade Union in sport activities, creating a healthy and useful playground for staff in the whole university after stressful working hours.
The Sports competition finished successfully, the organizers awarded the first, second and third prizes to the best teams.
