Closing Ceremony of the official survey to assess the training program quality held at Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University

(BAFU) – On October 14, 2022, at Hall B5, Education Accreditation Center – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CEA-AVU&C) cooperated with Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) held the closing ceremony of the official survey to assess quality of 02 training programs in Food Technology and Crop Science within 05 working days (from October 12th to October 16th, 2022).

The delegation of external evaluators from the Education Accreditation Center –  Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CEA-AVU&C) led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Director of CEA-AVU&C along with Assoc. Dr. Tran Thi Ha, the State Council of Professors – Head of the External Assessment Team; Assoc. Dr. Pham Van Quyet, Senior Lecturer – University of Social Sciences & Humanities – VNU Hanoi; Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Van Uyen – expect of CEA-AVU&C Center; MA. Dinh Tuan Dung – expect of CEA-AVU&C Center; Dr. Nguyen Duc Thanh – expect of CEA-AVU&C Center; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – expect of CEA-AVU&C Center. On the side of BAFU, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Ha – Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector; Dr. Dang Xuan Anh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the BAFU’s Council; Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector; Dr. Mai Thi Huyen – Vice Rector with representatives of Trade Union, Youth Union, Secretaries of party cells, faculties and members of the BAFU’s Self-Assessment Council.

Opening the ceremony, on behalf of the external evaluation team, Assoc. Dr. Tran Thi Ha, the State Council of Professors – Head of the External Assessment Team presented the preliminary report on the official survey results of 02 training programs at BAFU. The report generalized the process of implementing the mission of the delegation, demonstrated the basis and principles in the evaluation process, highlighted the strengths and made recommendations for BAFU to improve the training quality of BAFU in the coming time.

Delivering a speech at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Director of CEA-AVU&C highly appreciated the serious, objective, fair and transparent working spirit of the experts of the external evaluation team as well as thanked and appreciated the coordination and proactive handling of the work and the spirit of responsible cooperation of BAFU’s staff throughout the evaluation process of the external evaluation team. The Director of CEA-AVU&C affirmed that the comprehensive cooperation of BAFU is one of the important factors determining the success of the official survey in particular and the quality inspection in general.

At the end of the closing ceremony, BAFU and CEA-AVU&C signed a signed a minute of completing the official survey about external evaluation for 02 training programs in Food technology and Crop science
