Attending the announcement were representatives of Urban Management Department of Viet Yen District; People’s Committee of Bich Dong Town; People’s Committee of Tu Lan Commune, and Nong Lam Residential Group; Dr. Dang Xuan Anh – Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the BAFU Council; Dr. Nguyen Tuan Duong – Vice Rector and representative leaders of units at the BAFU.

Planning approval is a very important milestone for the BAFU development. In the future, there will be many public investment projects taking place to meet the needs of for BAFU’s development and become a reputable educational institution. Dr. Dang Xuan Anh sent his deepest thanks to the Urban Management Department of Viet Yen district and local leaders for their interest as well as consultations to complete its planning.

At the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Duong, Vice Rector (BAFU) announced the Decision of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province approving the the detailed construction planning of BAFU, 1/500 scale .
BAFU is a public institution of higher education, directly under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with the functions of human resource training, scientific research and technological development in the sector of agriculture and rural development. Accordingly, BAFU has a planning research area of about 58.9 hectares, training scale is about 6,800 students and 335 lecturers by 2025. The major projects include: Administration – Rectory Building, Lecture Hall B, Hall – Library. The current locations of the projects are kept fixed: Laboratory Area, Than Nhan Trung High School, Official Residence, Lecture Hall A, Faculty Offices (the old Administration – Rectory Building), Center for Research, Technology Transfer and Service..JPG)

At the ceremony, the representatives of Urban Management Department of Viet Yen District; People’s Committee of Bich Dong Town; People’s Committee of Tu Lan Commune, and Nong Lam Residential Group and BAFU’s leaders signed the minutes announcing the Decision on approval of the detailed construction planning of BAFU at a scale of 1/500.
