(BAFU)-On March 26, 2022 at Hall B5, the Youth Union – Student Association of BAFU celebrated the 91st founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2022) and commended typical union members and students in the academic year 2020-2021.
Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Youth Union and the Vietnamese Student Association of Ho Chi Minh City. Representatives of BAFU included Dr. Mai Thi Huyen – Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Van Bai – Party member in charge of Youth Movement; Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung – Secretary of Youth Union. Comrades in the Executive Committee of the Youth Union, the Student Union and nearly 200 students participated in the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung reported on the work of BAFU Youth Union in recent year, Dr. Mai Thi Huyen – Vice Rector highly appreciated the role and results achieved by the BAFU Youth Union. Together with the development of BAFU, the Youth Union has made its mark in each stage of the University’s development. The Youth Union also has effectively contributed to the task of educating many generations of students who have good skills, excellent profession, ideals and a sense of serving the country.
