(BAFU) – On October 9, 2023, the delegation of Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry (TUAF) visited and attended a seminar to exchange experiences on managing training and research models organized by Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU).
Dr. Mai Thi Huyen – Vice Rector in charge of the BAFU chaired the seminar session with the the delegation of the TUAF led by Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Hung – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the TUAF’s Council.

At the seminar, on behalf of the BAFU, Dr. Mai Thi Huyen presented an overview of the BAFU’s current situation with advantages, difficulties and challenges. At the same time, she also exchanged experiences in managing training and research models that are being applied at BAFU in the current period.

In response, representative of the TUAF’s, after listening to the presentation of Dr. Mai Thi Huyen, Prof. PhD. Nguyen The Hung – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the TUAF’s Council shared: “The TUAF highly appreciates the training and research management models of BAFU. These are valuable experiences in the current difficult context of agricultural universities. He also hopes that the BAFU will share relevant documents for the TUAF to research and apply in the current context.”
The seminar opened up opportunities to help the universities exchange and share experiences with each other, thereby creating suitable policies and strategies to the actual situation, in order to maximize their effectiveness, resources and worthy development for each university. This was an important basis to make strong progress, contributing to improving the research and training quality of two universities.
