(BAFU) – On the morning of April 29th, 2022, 6th Council meeting of BAFU for the term 2020-2025 held. Attending the meeting were: Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Ha – Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector, members in the BAFU’s Council, Board of Directors, heads of units under the BAFU. Dr. Dang Xuan Anh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the BAFU’s Council chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, the BAFU’s Council discussed the opening of training majors in 2022. Accordingly, two new majors were proposed to open: Economic Law and Mechatronic Engineering Technology. Delegates and members of the BAFU’s Council agreed to open two new training majors in order to suit the needs of society. The school council assigned the specialized faculties to complete the projects for appraisal in September, 2022.

In the contents of this meeting, the BAFU’s Council also discussed plans to re-organize the vocational education and training units under the direction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Many recommendations were discussed by members of the meeting. Based on the recommendations of the delegates, the BAFU’s Council would consider and decide on an appropriate plan to submit to the governing ministry.
