(BAFU) – On January 25, 2024, the Opening Ceremony of the Official Survey on External Evaluation for Education Institution took place at Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) according to the standard of university quality of Ministry of Education and Training (MoET).
The Ceremony was attended by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Director of the Center for Education Accreditation of the Association of Vietnam Universities & Colleges (CEA-AVU&C) – Head of delegation; Dr. Pham Xuan Thanh – Deputy Director of CEA-AVU&C; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Head of Education Quality Assurance Department and members of the External Evaluation Team.
Receiving and working with the external evaluation delegation, on the side of BAFU, there were Prof.Dr. Pham Bao Duong – Rector; Dr. Dang Xuan Anh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the BAFU’s Council, Board of Rectors, along with representatives of leaders of departments, centers and faculties; members of the Self-Evaluation Council.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Prof.Dr. Pham Bao Duong highly acknowledged and appreciated the efforts of BAFU’s team in deploying the quality assurance and accreditation of Education Institution. The Rector also gave special thanks to the survey team as well as the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation for supporting the external assessment of BAFU, helping BAFU to identify strengths as well as pointing out several limitations and shortcomings, thereby continuing to improve the training quality, meeting the needs and interests of learners, stakeholders in the context of integration and globalization.

The official survey will take place in 7 days, from January 25, 2024 to January 31, 2024. The results of the survey will be announced according to the agreed schedule between the External Evaluation Team and the BAFUl’s leadership. Through this survey, BAFU will have the opportunity to evaluate the training quality objectively and honestly, thereby affirming the reputation and position of the University in society.
