(BAFU) – On December 18, 2023, Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) organised a Ceremony to open the training course on agricultural techniques for 15 agricultural officers of Xaysomboun province (Laos).

This is a program within the Cooperation Agreement between the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province and the Xay Som Bun province, Laos for the period 2021 – 2025. The trainees will be provided knowledge in planting, livestock and fishery at the training course. Particularly, the participants will be trained in orange and lychee caring techniques, planting and transplanting some varieties of fruits and application of bio-technology in seedling, planting and caring some kinds of medicinal trees.
Besides, the trainees will be guided on breeding, caring and preventing some basic diseases of chicken, goat and freshwater fish. Apart from theoretical sessions, the trainees will take part in field trips to some agricultural models in the province.
