The People’s Committee of Bac Giang Province has just issued a plan to implement international agreements between the People’s Committee of Bac Giang Province and the Government of Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) for the 2025-2028 period.
Accordingly, in the coming period, the two sides will strengthen cooperation in delegation exchanges. Specifically, Bac Giang provincial leaders will organize working visits to meet with leaders of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Nanning City. Meanwhile, leaders, officials, civil servants, and employees from relevant agencies of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Nanning City will be invited to visit and work in Bac Giang Province.

Organizing a working delegation at the department level, including leaders, officials, civil servants, and employees from specialized agencies of Bac Giang Province to work with specialized agencies of Nanning City. The delegation will exchange information and promote the implementation of cooperation in areas such as investment, trade (import-export), industrial zone development, urban management, agriculture, forestry, education, training, culture and information, and youth exchange, etc.
Hosting delegations from specialized agencies of Nanning City for visits and working sessions with agencies in Bac Giang Province. Additionally, organizing a delegation of agricultural and forestry officials from Bac Giang Province to visit and learn about agricultural and forestry production experiences in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
Additionally, the two sides will strengthen cooperation in the fields of economy and trade. The activities will promote typical products and OCOP products, as well as other potential and competitive products of Bac Giang Province in Nanning City during high-level delegation visits. The delegations from Bac Giang will also participate in exhibitions to showcase products at the China-ASEAN Expo or other political, economic and cultural events in Nanning City.
Coordinating with Nanning City to promote the consumption of lychee and other key agricultural products of Bac Giang Province. Working with the Nanning city government to facilitate businesses from Bac Giang in participating in economic and trade events held in Nanning. This aims to explore investment and trade opportunities, support enterprises in cross-border industrial investment, and jointly provide high-quality services for businesses from both sides.
Bac Giang Province will provide communication channels and create favorable conditions for businesses from Nanning City to explore investment and trade cooperation opportunities in Bac Giang. This includes visiting and surveying industrial zones and clusters in the province.
