BAFU held a ceremony to announce and hand over the Appointment Decision of Vice President

(BAFU) – On the morning of May 5, 2023, Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) solemnly held a ceremony to announce the Decision on Appointment of Dr. Nguyen Tuan Duong ( was previously Head of Training Department) as Vice Rector of BAFU 

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Xuan An – Deputy Director of Personnel and Organization Department, Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development; Mr. Trieu Ngoc Trung – Deputy Director of Science and Technology Department of Bac Giang province; together with the leaders of the People’s Committee of Viet Yen district, the Police Post of Viet Yen district, the People’s Committee of Bich Dong town. On the side of BAFU, there were: Assoc. Nguyen Quang Ha – Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector; Dr. Dang Xuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of BAFU’s Council; the Board of Rectors, with the presence of leaders of units and many officials of departments under BAFU.

At the ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Ha – Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of BAFU made a speech and presented congratulatory flowers, and assigned tasks to Dr. Nguyen Tuan Duong.with the expectation that in their new position, the new Vice-Rector would continue to strive, train, promote the spirit of solidarity, and raise the sense of responsibility to join hands with the collectives of BAFU’s Party Committee to complete the assigned tasks and build BAFU increasingly developed to new heights.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Duong expressed his deep gratitude to the BAFU’s Party Committee, the leaders and all of the officials, the lecturers, and the employees of BAFU for their trust. He affirmed that he would never stop learning and practicing, together with other leaders of the BAFU and the subordinate units to continue to promote and make the best use of the strengths and the opportunities of the BAFU, initiating appropriate solutions to address any challenges or weaknesses in each period, implementing successfully the development strategy of BAFU.
