(BAFU) – On the morning of November 22, 2022, at the meeting room No. 2 of Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) organized the acceptance session for the university-level scientific research topic on “Production of organic floor cleaner from fruit peels for environmental communication at BAFU
Attending the acceptance session were Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice President of BAFU, Chairman of the Council; members of the council, faculty members of specialized faculties and the project implementation group.

In order to evaluate and select the production method of natural floor cleaner product made from fruit peels for the university’s environmental communication needs, this research was conducted on a lab size at Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University. The authors utilized five techniques to address the topic’s contents: gathering secondary materials, setting up an experiment, taking samples and analyzing them, conducting a survey, and gathering and processing data. The research findings from two experimental formulas – CT1 (fermented enzyme from pineapple peel + soapberry) and CT2 (fermented enzyme from pineapple peel + soapnut) showed that: after 90 days of incubation, the products made from the ratio of incubation raw materials from pineapple peel: clean water: brown sugar (ratio of 3:10:1) are of good quality; CT 1 supplemented by soapberry at the rate of 7.5% has a short experimental date so cannot afford for production; CT2 supplemented by concentrated soapnut at the rate of 25% and aromatic essential oil in 0.1% solution has the expiration date of 12 months from manufacturing date. Users often find the product’s usual aroma of pineapple and natural essential oils to be pleasant. The products are stamped and extracted through QR codes, using images to advertise and support for the environmental communications of BAFU through Admissions Day, Conference Training for Youth Union/Student Union staffs and education/ vocational guidance for students of Than Nhan Trung High School.

The acceptance session of a scientific research project is a useful scientific activity, an opportunity for the authors to continue to improve their research knowledge as well as to strengthen their professional knowledge. Scientific research projects have received good reviews for their quality, seriousness and dedication in research work. At the end of the scientific defense and grading based on various criteria, the acceptance council decided to gave the authors the final score of 81.4 marks on average.
