Addressing the opening speech, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep, Vice Rector of BAFU his deep gratitude to the lecturers and staff of the University for their contributions, and at the same time congratulated and encouraged new students: “Thank you for trusting and choosing BAFU to continue to pursue further study, to develop career and to contribute to society.
