(BAFU) – In the afternoon of January 19, 2019, Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) held the opening ceremony of the Master’s degree program for the second phase of 2018. Attending the Opening Ceremony were PhD. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector, Mr. Le Dinh Hung – Deputy Director of Vocational Training Center and Farmer Support – Farmer Association of Bac Ninh Province, representatives of the leaders together with 29 students.

Dr. Nguyen Tuan Duong – Head of Training Department said that in 2018, Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University had a two-time graduate enrollment, 138 students were admitted in training fields: Economic Management, Land Management, Crop Science and Livestock. Dr. Nguyen Tuan Duong, on behalf of the Admission Council, also announced the decision for 29 students in that master’s training program.

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector affirmed, two years for master’s degree training is not long, but very meaningful to improve professional qualifications, scientific research. BAFU will create the best conditions and mechanisms for all students. In addition, each student must make every effort to actively arrange plans for studying and researching, striving to complete the course well.

Sharing feelings during the opening ceremony, Nguyen Quang Hai, representing the new students, expressed his honour and pride being a graduate student of BAFU. He promised to overcome all difficulties, strictly abide all rules and regulations of the school, and complete the study program in the whole course with the best results. Previously, on January 12, 2019, BAFU solemnly held the Closing Ceremony and awarded Master diplomas for the 1st course of the academic year 2016-2018. That was a clear evidence affirming the prestige and training capacity of the school. The school is a reliable training place for highly qualified human resources of Bac Giang province as well as surrounding areas.
