Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony: BAFU and HUAF

(BAFU) – On September 1, 2021, the Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) and University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University (HUAF) was solemnly held online.

At the ceremony, on the side of BAFU, were: Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Ha – Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector, Dr. Mai Thi Huyen – Vice Rector; leaders of the Training Department, Department of Science and International Cooperation.

Attending the signing ceremony for HUAF, there were: Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Thanh Duc – Rector; Prof. Dr. Tran Dang Hoa – Chairman of the University Council; Prof. Dr. Le Dinh Phung – Vice Rector; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Huu Van – Dean of Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Toan – Dean of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Technology, and representatives of functional departments.

At the ceremony, the two universities briefly introduced the history of the establishment, information about teaching staff, size of training students, organizational structure, training program, enrollment situation, scientific research – technology, and outstanding strengths of each university.

At the signing ceremony, the two sides agreed on a cooperation agreement on many important contents such as: cooperating in implementing undergraduate and postgraduate training programs, scientific research, academic exchanges….; The two sides are responsible for organizing and coordinating to effectively participate in the implementation of cooperation program. After that, the leaders of the two universities conducted the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding under the witness of all participants.

The cooperation signing ceremony ended successfully, in order to cement the cooperation relationship between HUAF and BAFU. The two universities will continue to develop specific action plans, deploy cooperation contents through functional departments and faculties as focal points for implementation, continue to maintain a long-term cooperative relationship in the future.
