Chinese Cultural and Academic Exchanges – Experiences

(BAFU) – On the morning of November 27, 2022, Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) in collaboration with the Confucius Institute at Hanoi University organized the HSK, HSKK study abroad in China and Chinese Cultural experiences program.

Attending the program, on the side of Confucius Institute were Ms. Do Thanh Van – Director; Mr. La Quan – Deputy Director; Ms. Chau Thanh Lan,  Ms. Ta Xuan Huy – Chinese experts  On the side of BAFU, there were Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector; Dr. Diem Dang Huan – Principal of Than Nhan Trung High School; leaders of Center for Foreign Languages ​​- Informatics, Department of Science & International Cooperation, teachers of Than Nhan Trung High School and more than 300 pupils and students.

Speaking at the program, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector of BAFU thanked Confucius Institute for participating in the meaningful program. “BAFU has strengths in cooperation with China, lecturers with more than 30 PhDs have been studied and graduated from Chinese universities, and BAFU has signed cooperation agreements with 10 Chinese partners. However, BAFU still lacks a team of highly qualified Chinese language teachers, so we are looking forward to the cooperation of the Confucius Institute to develop the teaching staff of Chinese Language. He also hopes that the program will be an interesting experience for teachers and students to exchange and experience about Chinese culture.” said Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep, Vice Rector of BAFU.

Ms. Do Thanh Van – Director of Confucius Institute was happy to visit and work at BAFU. She affirmed that in the coming time, she would support the Chinese language teaching staff, hoping that the two sides would support for mutual development and long-term cooperation.
