(MARD) – Collaborating on research and transferring scientific and technological (S&T) products into practical production, adding value for businesses, cooperatives, and farmers, has been a consistent goal of the agricultural sector for many years. To build strong and organic cooperation between public agricultural S&T organizations and private sector organizations and individuals, on July 9-10, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), MARD organized an exhibition space to introduce agricultural S&T products and a forum to connect S&T products with businesses, cooperatives, and farmers.
The forum connecting S&T products with businesses, cooperatives, and farmers was held on the afternoon of July 10, 2027. Nearly 200 delegates from research institutes, universities, colleges within and outside the Ministry, businesses, associations, cooperatives, and international organizations attended the forum.
The forum provided a space for delegates and speakers to connect, share, exchange, and discuss to achieve strong cooperation, jointly research to create S&T products, and transfer them into practical production, bringing profits to farmers while also protecting the environment, reducing emissions, and promoting sustainable development.
According to Minister Lê Minh Hoan, this forum was organized as an event to connect supply and demand for S&T products and seek opportunities for collaboration between scientists and businesses operating in Vietnam’s agricultural sector.
