Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between BAFU and Chung Hua University, Taiwan

(BAFU) – Promoting comprehensive international integration to fulfill BAFU’s development aspirations, on the morning of April 19th, 2023, Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) held a Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between BAFU and Chung Hua University, Taiwan.

Attending the Signing Ceremony, participants at Chung Hua University, Taiwan were: Mr. Hsieh Hung-Nien – Vice President; together with leaders of Thua Yen International Trade Co., Ltd. On the BAFU side, there were Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector; Dr. Mai Thi Huyen – Vice Rector; leaders of Than Nhan Trung High School, Department of Science & International Cooperation, Training Department, Center for Foreign Languages ​​- Informatics.

Speaking at the Signing Ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector was pleased to welcome the delegation of Chung Hua University – Taiwan to work at BAFU. The Vice Rector briefly introduced to the delegation the BAFU’s history of formation & development, organizational structure, training programs. Through his speech, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep especially emphasized on outstanding achievements in training, scientific research and international cooperation to explore future opportunities for co-operation between the two universities.

On the signing ceremony, both sides warmly expressed their friendship and wishes to effective mutual collaboration and support to the bilateral development in the future. BAFU and Chung Hua University, Taiwan have mutually approved  and officially signed a cooperation agreement with the following contents, which are extracted from the MOU:

(1). The two sides will send personnel to partner university to participate in training and professional-academic exchanges, spreading knowledge between universities and businesses.

(2). Exchanging of students and high school pupils to study and research at partner university during the cooperation period; Eligible students and pupils will be awarded relevant Diplomas/ Certificates.

(3). Technology development: Cooperation in the projects will be implemented according to the development demands and technical advantages of the two parties. After consultation between the two parties, cooperation agreement on  implementing projects will be signed.

The Signing Ceremony of Cooperation between BAFU and Chung Hua University – Taiwan was successfully held in the joyful atmosphere with international cooperation environment. The signing ceremony affirmed a strong relationship of cooperative activities in the fields of training and science and technology, enhancing the prestige and position of BAFU with international partners.
