Jubilant atmosphere on the first day of admission for new students at Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University

(BAFU) – On August 21, 2024, at Bac Giang  Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU), The atmosphere was bustling and joyful when hundreds of new students of K14 showed up very early to complete admission procedures and visit the University with their parents.

To make  new students feel welcome, 100% lecturers and staff  participated in supporting the admission process. In particular, a volunteer student team of 50 students was positioned close to the school gate and the admission area to guide candidates. Cars for officials were mobilized to directly pick up candidates and their families at drop-off locations. The University also increased staff to collect documents, carry out financial procedures and guide new students on other necessary procedures.

Dr. Mai Thi Huyen – Vice Rector of BAFU said that in order to be ready to best support candidates and parents in completing admission procedures, the reception departments were present at 6 am. The admission process were are carried out very professionally and quickly to create the most convenience for candidates and their families. We  had also prepared the best conditions for new students so that families can feel more secure when their children study at BAFU. At the same time, the Vice Rector expressed her deep thanks to the partners accompanying the University in welcoming the new students such as Viettel, Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development – Bac Giang Branch, and Bich Dong General Clinic,  HALOTEC Vietnam Company, HACAO Joint Stock Company, QH TECH Company Limited… for awarding a total of 25 scholarships to students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Food Technology. With thoughtful preparation and enthusiastic welcome from the BAFU’s staff and lecturers, new students completed the admission procedures quickly and smoothly

We hope the new students will have a learning process with good experiences at BAFU. The University will continue to support new students to complete admission procedures from August 22 to August 30, 2024 and maintain activities of recruitment consulting  through Website channels, Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok… to answer questions and support students promptly. It is expected that the second admission schedule will take place on September 15, 2024.
