BAFU signed a Cooperation Agreement with Luxshare – ICT (Van Trung) Co., Ltd. – Paid Internships Opportunities for Students

(BAFU)- On December 8th, 2023, Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) had a working session with Luxshare ICT (Van Trung) Co., Ltd.

Luxshare ICT (Van Trung) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the research and development, production and sales of connectors (mainly applied in electronic products) established by Luxshare-ICT Group (Guangdong – China).

Attending the Signing Ceremony were the presence of Luxshare ICT Van Trung Co., Ltd. led by Mr. Do Quan – Human Resources Director;  Dr. Mai Thi Huyen – Vice Rector of the BAFU, leaders of the Department of Training, Science & International Cooperation, Center for Foreign Languages ​​- Informatics.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Do Quan – Director of Luxshare ICT (Van Trung) Co., Ltd. felt very honored to visit and work with BAFU. “The company has 05 factories in the Northern region, the factory in Bac Giang has 65 thousand workers, so the company has a need to recruit a large number of well-trained workers to work in factories”, he said.

Dr. Mai Thi Huyen – Vice Rector of the BAFU expressed her joy when cooperating with Luxshare ICT (Van Trung) Co., Ltd. She said that “the BAFU is interested in opportunities of professional internships for student in reputable foreign companies to improve the quality of human resources for businesses. In addition, the BAFU hopes to train human resources according to the high – order needs of Luxshare ICT (Van Trung) Co., Ltd.”.

At the meeting, the two sides agreed to sign the cooperation agreement in cooperation contents include:

(1) Cooperation in training, research, and implementation of scientific topics and projects;

(2) Organizing events, conferences and seminars to exchange knowledge and experiences in the academic environments;

(3) Participating in building training programs, career guidance and soft skills programs for BAFU’s students;

(4) Creating the opportunities for the BAFU’s students to do  paid internships in Luxshare ICT (Van Trung) Co., Ltd. with the preferential treatment signed by the company.
