(BAFU) – On March 21, 2019, at the Hall B5, Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) solemnly held a ceremony to announce the Decision on establishing Than Nhan Trung High School (TNT High School).
Attending the ceremony, on the guests side, there were: Mr Nguyen Van Linh – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Khuong Van Thong – Deputy Director of Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Van Them – Deputy Director of Department of Education and Training; Mr. Dao Thi Huong – Deputy Secretary of Bac Giang Provincial Youth Union; leaders of Education and Training Department of districts in the province; representatives of the Board of Secondary Schools in the district; Board of Directors of Forestry High School, newspaper reporters and provincial television stations.
On the side of the school, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Ha – Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector; Dr. Nguyen Binh Nhu – Chairman of the School Council; Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector; heads of units, officials and employees.

In his opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Ha – Party Committee Secretary, Rector warmly welcomed and sincerely thanked all the delegates. He said: “The establishment of TNT High School, directly under BAFU will provide more choices for all pupils, graduated from the secondary school with 2 orientations: High quality of foreign language, information technology and integration of vocational training based on MOET’s the training program. Our school has a team of highly qualified lecturers, good pedagogical methods, material facilities, and effective learning environment…” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Ha also gave many thanks to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Provincial People’s Committee, Department of Education and Training, Department of Home Affairs for the establishment of THT High School.

At the ceremony, Mr. Khuong Van Thong – Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee read Decision No. 78/QD-UBND dated 18/01/2019 of Chairman of Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee about establishing TNT High School – directly under BAFU. Accordingly, TNT High School is a public educational institution in the national education system, financially autonomous, operating under the model of high quality training and the first career orientation in the province.

Delivering a speech at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Linh -Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee wished BAFU in general and TNT High School in particular to get more achievements. According to Mr. Nguyen Van Linh, TNT High School was established to create favorable conditions for all students of secondary schools and trained in a high quality environment. He also wished that officials and teachers of TNT High School to promote the spirit of solidarity, complete well the assigned tasks, worthy of the 60 year- tradition for formation and development of BAFU.

On behalf of TNT High School, Dr. Diem Dang Huan – Principal thanked for the attention, trust and the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Provincial People’s Committee, Department of Education and Training and agencies and schools in the area. He also expressed his determination to devote all his enthusiasm, energy and wisdom to the slogan “Ethical education, practice of thinking, and enhance experiment” for the purpose of developing TNT High School, contributing to the general development of BAFU.

Than Nhan Trung High School focuses on training Foreign languages (English, Chinese) and Informatics; Orientation of capacity development helps students have the best preparation for international integration and the science and technology revolution 4.0. Studying here, students also have the opportunity to practice, study and work abroad such as Japan, Israel, Korea, and China …; be awarded a scholarship if achieving high results in exams for excellent students; be received many preferential policies such as the remission of tuition and dormitories fees. In the school year of 2019-2020, the school enrolls the first course with 230 targets: 105 students of grade 10 with high-quality; 125 students of grade 10 with career orientation. |
