In particular, the most obvious manifestation was the implementation of Directive 05 with the Resolution of the 4th on building and reorganizing the Party and achieving important results, contributing to building the Party; Initially prevent the degeneration of political thought, morality, lifestyle and “self-evolving”, “self-transform” manifestations, intensifying the fight against corruption and bureaucracy, waste.
Speaking at the Bac Giang Video Conferencing, Bui Van Hai, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, stressed that the Standing Committee of the provincial Party Committee instructed thoroughly and strictly implemented Directive 05 and related documents of the Central Committee. At the same time, promulgating a number of directives, resolutions and conclusions on rural road construction, environmental sanitation, security and order, new rural construction, etc. that were vigorously supported by local people. It changes the appearance of rural areas, gradually improving the material and spiritual life for the people.
The implementation of the directive has been further integrated with the implementation of political tasks, the Party building work, and other movements in local agencies and units—both at home and abroad.
