(BAFU) – On March 9th, 2023, Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University (BAFU) had an online meeting with Guangxi University of Technology and Education, China.
Attending the meeting, on the side of Guangxi University of Technology and Education, China, there were: Prof. Song Qijun – Assistant Rector, Head of Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Department; Mr. Ai Yangming – Head of Department for International Students of Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Office; Mrs. Zhou Yilin – Office of Foreign Exchange and Cooperation. On the side of BAFU, there were: Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector and representatives of the Center for Foreign Languages - Informatics, Than Nhan Trung High School, Department of Science & International Cooperation.
“BAFU has sent many students to do internship in developed countries such as Japan, Denmark, and Israel. For students of Than Nhan Trung High School and students of Chinese Language, we wish to bring them to China to explore knowledge and culture related to Chinese Language major. In March 2023, the leaders of BAFU will pay a working visit to China, hoping that the two sides will agree on the content to sign a memorandum of cooperation on this occasion, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Vice Rector delivered his speech at the meeting,

At the meeting, BAFU and Guangxi University of Technology and Education, China exchanged and agreed on some detailed contents as follows:
– Cooperation in exchanging students (Chinese Language Department) to study in China for a period of 6 months to 1 year;
– Granting scholarships to pupils to study abroad at Guangxi University of Technology and Education after graduating from the High school;
– Cooperation in scientific research in the field of Agriculture, Forestry;
– Opening short-term training courses on scientific research and Chinese Language teaching methods for BAFU’s teachers.
